Where health and energy problems come from – the real cause
Most people assume that problems with energy, health, concentration or mood are due to:
– stress
– lack of sleep
– genes
– age
– overwork
– “weak psyche”
Some of these factors may be relevant, but very rarely are they the actual cause.
The truth is simpler and also harder to see:
The body is overloaded with what you can’t see.
And he often carries it around for years.
Invisible strain on the body
Every person, regardless of lifestyle, diet or supplements used, has elements in the body that:
– take away energy
– overload the immune system
– block regeneration
– maintain chronic inflammation
– affect the nervous and endocrine systems
The most common are:
– parasites
– bacteria and fungi
– biofilm
– environmental toxins
– heavy metals
– residues from drugs, chemicals and pesticides
They are not visible at first glance.
They also often do not show up in basic research.
However, the body reacts to them every day – with a decrease in energy and deterioration of functioning.
Why the body does not regenerate itself
The body has a natural ability to self-regulate and repair.

It provides a natural shield for them.

Why healthy habits are often not enough

The correct order of action of the body
