In the previous sections, interpretation was separated from mechanism, and it was shown that when the mechanics of the field begin to work, there is resistance.<\/p>

This text goes a step further.<\/p>

He does not ask if the change is difficult<\/em>.He asks: who will pay if the correction is not made<\/strong>.<\/p>

1. each change costs<\/h2>

It’s a fact.<\/p>

Change:<\/p>

  • destabilizes the existing arrangement,<\/li>\n\n
  • requires energy,<\/li>\n\n
  • violates someone’s comfort,<\/li>\n\n
  • reveals the consequences.<\/li><\/ul>

    Therefore, the systems do not change willingly.<\/p>

    But this is not the most important question.<\/p>

    2. the right question is different<\/h2>

    No:“Does change cost money?”<\/strong><\/p>

    Just:“Doesn’t the lack of correction generate a cost that is greater, deferred and passed on to others?”<\/strong><\/p>

    This is the point where the narrative ends and the account begins.<\/p>

    Because if:<\/p>

    • The border crossing is not named,<\/li>\n\n
    • responsibility is diluted,<\/li>\n\n
    • The decision is covered by the procedure,<\/li>\n\n
    • Silence stabilizes the abuse,<\/li><\/ul>

      then the cost does not disappear.<\/p>

      He is shifting.<\/p>

      In time.In relationships.In structures.In generations.<\/p>

      3. why the system chooses stability<\/h2>

      The system does not choose truth.The system chooses stability.<\/p>

      Stability means:<\/p>

      • no violent reactions,<\/li>\n\n
      • no loss of position,<\/li>\n\n
      • lack of immediate accountability.<\/li><\/ul>

        From a short-term perspective, this is the “cheaper” solution.<\/p>

        From the perspective of a long time – the cost is increasing.<\/p>

        Because the lack of correction is not neutral.Is an accumulation of voltage.<\/p>

        4. the most economical energy route<\/h2>

        Contrary to intuition, it is not escalation that is costly.<\/p>

        The most expensive is:<\/p>

        • dragging,<\/li>\n\n
        • pretense,<\/li>\n\n
        • normalization,<\/li>\n\n
        • postponement.<\/li><\/ul>

          The most economical energy route is:<\/p>

          1. Name the fact.<\/li>\n\n
          2. Localize responsibility.<\/li>\n\n
          3. Make the correction as early as possible.<\/li>\n\n
          4. Close topic.<\/li><\/ol>

            The later the correction, the higher the price.<\/p>

            This applies to relationships.Organizations.Institutions.States.<\/p>

            5. the role of the individual<\/h2>

            Systemic change does not start with the system.<\/p>

            They start with individuals.<\/p>

            But not from everyone.<\/p>

            Mostly:<\/p>

            • people at the top of the structure have the least motivation to change,<\/li>\n\n
            • those using the arrangement are not interested in correction,<\/li>\n\n
            • The cost falls on those who have the least influence.<\/li><\/ul>

              Therefore, the silence of the majority is a stabilizer of the system.<\/p>

              And that’s why the correction always starts with a minority who:<\/p>

              • sees the cost,<\/li>\n\n
              • calls it,<\/li>\n\n
              • ceases to normalize it.<\/li><\/ul>

                6. this is not a call to arms<\/h2>

                This is not a call for confrontation.This is not a moral manifesto.<\/p>

                This is a description of dependency:<\/p>

                Change always costs money.No correction always costs more.<\/p><\/blockquote>

                The difference is that the cost of the change is visible immediately.The cost of not correcting is diffuse and increasing.<\/p>

                7. where real change begins<\/h2>

                Real change begins when the question of meaning is replaced by a question of consequence.<\/p>

                No:“Why did this happen?”<\/p>

                But:“What will happen next if we do nothing?”<\/p>

                This is the transition from narrative to process.<\/p>

                8. transition point<\/h2>

                This is where the question of the cost of the change ends.What remains is the question of the cost of no correction.<\/p>

                Because if the lack of correction accumulates tension,and tension eventually forces a correction –then the difference is only in the timing and price.<\/p>

                The next question is:<\/p>
