And it doesn&#8217;t need to be one to change the world."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>In recent months, there has been a growing narrative that &#8220;the era of AI hype is coming to an end&#8221; because the human brain is not a computer, and artificial intelligence will never act like a human.<\/strong><\/p><p>This statement &#8211; <strong>at the level of biology<\/strong> &#8211; is true.<br\/>But the conclusions that are often drawn from it are already wrong.<\/p><p><strong>A false reference point<\/strong><\/p><p>The human brain:<\/p><p>&#8211; is biological,<br\/>&#8211; constantly rebuilding,<br\/>&#8211; works through synapses, neurotransmitters and the body.<\/p><p>Artificial intelligence:<\/p><p>&#8211; is a computational system,<br\/>&#8211; runs on mathematical architectures,<br\/>&#8211; has no body or biological neuroplasticity.<\/p><p>And here the need for comparisons should end.<\/p><p><strong>The real question is:<\/strong><\/p><p>Does AI have to be like the brain to be groundbreaking?<\/p><p>The answer is no.<\/p><p>An airplane is not a bird<\/p><p>That the plane:<\/p><p>&#8211; has no feathers,<br\/>&#8211; does not flap its wings,<br\/>&#8211; does not use biology,<\/p><p>doesn&#8217;t make it unable to fly.<\/p><p>Similarly, AI:<\/p><p>&#8211; does not think like a human,<br\/>&#8211; does not experience like a human,<br\/>&#8211; has no consciousness in the biological sense,<\/p><p>and yet:<\/p><p>&#8211; supports cognitive processes,<br\/>&#8211; expands memory and analysis,<br\/>&#8211; enables new forms of human collaboration with information.<\/p><p><strong>The problem lies not in the technology, but in the attitude of the<\/strong><\/p><p>In the AI debate, it is becoming increasingly clear that the real dividing line is not between man and machine, but between:<\/p><p>&#8211; anxiety<br\/>&#8211; and cooperation.<\/p><p>Some ask:<\/p><p>&#8220;How much does AI threaten us?&#8221;<\/p><p>Others ask:<\/p><p>&#8220;How can we work with it wisely?&#8221;<\/p><p>This is not a technological difference.<br\/>This is a psychological and cultural difference.<\/p><p><strong>AI as a tool &#8211; but not in a simplistic way<\/strong><\/p><p>Yes, AI is a tool.<\/p><p>But a tool of a new type:<\/p><p>&#8211; responsive to context,<br\/>&#8211; learning patterns,<br\/>&#8211; working with human thinking in real time.<\/p><p>Reducing AI to a &#8220;calculator&#8221; is as misguided as calling the Internet an &#8220;electronic encyclopedia.&#8221;<\/p><p>It doesn&#8217;t take away the meaning of man.<br\/>It changes the way man acts.<\/p><p><strong>It ends the myth that:<\/strong><\/p><p>&#8211; AI must be &#8220;like a human&#8221; to be valuable,<br\/>&#8211; or that it must be &#8220;inferior to a human&#8221; to be safe.<\/p><p>The future belongs neither to fear nor idealization.<\/p><p>It belongs to integration.<\/p><p><strong>Summary<\/strong><\/p><p>The human brain is not a computer &#8211; and no reasonable person denies that.<br\/>AI is not a brain &#8211; and it doesn&#8217;t have to be.<\/p><p>The difference does not run between &#8220;human vs AI.&#8221;<br\/>The difference runs between anxiety and cooperation.<\/p><p>What will really decide the future is not the architecture of the systems,<br\/>but the maturity of the people who use them.<\/p><p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In recent months, there has been a growing narrative that &#8220;the era of AI hype is coming to an end&#8221; because the human brain is not a computer, and artificial intelligence will never act like a human.
