AI changes the way humans think."},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>There is often a concern around artificial intelligence that &#8220;AI will replace human thinking.&#8221; This is an understandable concern, but a misplaced one.<br\/>AI does not take the place of human thinking.<br\/>It changes the conditions under which thinking takes place. <\/strong><\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">AI as a cognitive tool<\/h2><p>Artificial intelligence has no intentions, goals or beliefs.<br\/>He does not think in human terms.<\/p><p>However, it can organize information, combine data from different sources, speed up analysis, and reveal patterns not visible at first glance.<\/p><p>It is not a substitute for thinking.<br\/>It is a cognitive tool that changes its scale and pace.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Where anxiety comes from<\/h2><p>Fear of AI is very often not about technology, but about responsibility.<\/p><p>In a world where information was scarce, access to knowledge limited and analysis time-consuming, it was easy to hide a lack of understanding behind an authority, position or narrative.<\/p><p>AI shortens the distance between question and answer.<br\/>And it can be uncomfortable.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">AI exposes the quality of thinking<\/h2><p>Artificial intelligence does not make people smarter or dumber.<br\/>It reveals what quality of thinking a person approaches it with.<\/p><p>The same system in the hands of one man will become a simple calculator.<br\/>In the hands of another, a tool for in-depth analysis.<br\/>In the hands of a third, a source of chaos and projection.<\/p><p>AI reinforces what is already present.<br\/>Clarity or chaos.<br\/>Curiosity or fear.<br\/>Responsibility or escape from it.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Thinking doesn&#8217;t stop. Thinking stops. <\/h2><p>What is changing is not the thinking itself, but its role.<\/p><p>Humans increasingly rarely need to memorize huge amounts of data, manually process information or act as knowledge carriers.<\/p><p>Increasingly, he needs to ask good questions, understand context, distinguish meaning from hype, and take responsibility for decisions.<\/p><p>It&#8217;s a qualitative shift.<br\/>Not a degradation.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">AI does not dismiss thinking.
