Its purpose is to explain: <\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>What is vitamin C from the point of view of biology,<\/li>\n\n<li>What role it plays in the body,<\/li>\n\n<li>Why the form of administration is crucial,<\/li>\n\n<li>How classical supplementation differs from liposomal technology,<\/li>\n\n<li>and why the amount stated does not always mean the amount used.<\/li><\/ul><p><\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">What is vitamin C from the point of view of biology<\/h2><p>Vitamin C, or <strong>L-ascorbic acid<\/strong>, is a low-molecular water-soluble compound that, in humans, must be supplied externally.
