This is a question more and more people are asking themselves. <\/h2><p>Until a while ago, one cup was enough and everything was back in place.<\/p><p>Better focus. More energy. Clarity of thought.  <\/p><p>Now?<\/p><p>You drink coffee&#8230; and nothing changes.<br\/>Or it works for a while, and then an even bigger drop appears.<\/p><p>You begin to wonder:<\/p><p>Is it fatigue?<br\/>Is the body &#8220;used to it&#8221;?<br\/>Or do you just need more?<\/p><p>And then there is usually a natural reaction:<\/p><p>another coffee.<\/p><p>The problem is that this doesn&#8217;t solve the cause.<br\/>And often makes it even worse.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Why does coffee only work for a certain amount of time?<\/h2><p>Coffee does not give energy in the way most people think.<\/p><p>It does not &#8220;add&#8221; after coffee?<\/h2><p>Many people are experiencing the same thing:<\/p><p>After coffee there is energy&#8230;<br\/>and then a sudden drop.<\/p><p>This is what is known as a &#8220;crash&#8221;. <\/p><p>It manifests itself as:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>sudden fatigue<\/li>\n\n<li>decline in concentration<\/li>\n\n<li>irritation<\/li>\n\n<li>feeling of &#8220;downhill&#8221;<\/li><\/ul><p><\/p><p>Why is this happening?<\/p><p>Because the body did not receive real energy &#8211; only a signal to act.<\/p><p>And when this effect disappears, it returns to the state it was in before.<\/p><p>Sometimes even lower.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Energy versus the nervous system<\/h2><p>This is a key moment to understand.<\/p><p>Energy is not just a &#8220;feeling.&#8221;<\/p><p>This is a real process in the body.<\/p><p>And a very large part of this energy is managed by the nervous system.<\/p><p>If the nervous system is:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>overloaded<\/li>\n\n<li>under constant tension<\/li>\n\n<li>without space for regeneration<\/li><\/ul><p><\/p><p>then even if you try to stimulate yourself &#8211;
